How to Use

Dosage

For adults (18 years and older), the usual starting dose is 2 sprays in each nostril once a day. When allergy symptoms are controlled, the dose can be reduced to 1 spray in each nostril once a day.

Method

Before use, gently blow your nose to clear the nostrils. Hold the bottle upright. Close one nostril with a finger. Insert the spray tip into the other nostril as far as comfortable. While gently breathing in through your nose with your mouth closed, press down on the nasal piece to release one spray. Breathe out through your mouth. Repeat for the other nostril.

Important

Do not use more than 2 sprays in each nostril once daily. Do not use for more than 3 months without talking to your doctor.
