How to Use

Method
This medicine is given in the hospital by healthcare staff using a special blood purification machine; you do not take it yourself.
Important
The maximum daily dose is determined and carefully managed by your doctor as part of your continuous treatment in the hospital.

Important Warnings
- Do not use multiBic 4 mmol/l potassium if you are allergic to it or any of its ingredients.
- Do not use if you have very high potassium levels in your blood (hyperkalemia).
- Do not use if you have too much bicarbonate in your blood (metabolic alkalosis).
- Do not use if it is hard to get enough blood to flow through the filter used for blood purification (hemofilter).
- Do not use if you have a high risk of bleeding, especially if you are taking medicines that prevent blood clotting during the treatment.
