How to Use

Dosage

The recommended dose is two sprays in each nostril once a day. Once symptoms are controlled, the dose can be reduced to one spray in each nostril once a day.

Method

Shake the bottle, prime the spray if new or unused for 14+ days, gently blow your nose. Close one nostril, insert the nozzle into the other, lean your head slightly forward, and spray while inhaling slowly. Breathe out through your mouth. Repeat for the other nostril and for additional sprays if needed. Clean and cap after use.

Important

Do not exceed two sprays in each nostril once a day, unless advised by a doctor. Do not use continuously for more than three months without a doctor's prescription.
