Mirtazapin Hexal is an antidepressant medicine used to treat depression in adults.
The starting dose is usually 15 or 30 mg per day, and your doctor may increase it to 15–45 mg per day.
Take this medicine at the same time each day, usually as a single dose right before bedtime, or your doctor may suggest splitting the dose into morning and evening, with the larger dose before bedtime. Swallow the tablet whole with water or juice, with or without food.
The maximum daily dose is 45 mg.
