Midodrine Tillomed is a medicine used to raise blood pressure and relieve symptoms like dizziness and fainting caused by low blood pressure when sitting or standing up.
The usual starting dose is 2.5 mg, taken 2–3 times a day. Your doctor may adjust the dose until it works best for you.
Swallow the tablet whole with water. You can break the tablet in half. Take the tablets during the day, about every 3–4 hours, while you are upright (sitting or standing).
Most people do not need more than 30 mg per day.
