How to Use
Dosage
The usual starting dose is 10-30 mg per day, gradually increased, and the typical daily dose is 60-120 mg. Your doctor will determine your exact dose.

Important Warnings
- Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to methadone or any of its ingredients.
- Do not take if you have used certain medicines for depression or Parkinson's (MAO inhibitors) in the past two weeks.
- Do not take if you have severe breathing problems or acute asthma attacks.
- This medicine must not be given to children; keep it in a safe place out of their reach.
- Talk to your doctor before taking if you have liver, kidney, or heart problems.

- Tell your doctor if you have a head injury, high pressure in the brain, or problems with your thyroid, prostate, or urination.
