How to Use
Dosage

Important Warnings
- Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to methadone or any other ingredient in it.
- Do not take this medicine if you are currently taking MAO inhibitors (medicines for Parkinson's disease or depression) or have taken them in the last two weeks.
- Do not take this medicine if you have breathing problems, especially if your skin or mucous membranes are bluish or purplish, or during an asthma attack.
- Do not take this medicine if you have or suspect paralytic ileus (a condition where the bowel stops working).
- Do not use opioid antagonists or agonist-antagonists (medicines that reverse methadone's effects) during methadone treatment, unless it's for an overdose.

- Do not drink alcohol or grapefruit juice while taking this medicine, as it can cause serious side effects or change how the medicine works.
- If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to have a baby, talk to your doctor before taking this medicine, as it can affect your baby.
- This medicine is not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years old. Keep it safely out of reach of children to prevent accidental overdose.
- This medicine affects your coordination, so do not drive or use machines during the initial phase of treatment. Your doctor will advise when it's safe.
