How to Use
Dosage
For opioid dependence, the usual starting dose is 10-30 mg daily, which can be increased to 60-120 mg daily. For severe pain, the usual starting dose is 5 mg, 1-3 times a day, and can be slowly increased.
Method
Take the tablets by mouth. Do not inject them.
Important
The maximum daily dose is 150 mg for opioid dependence and 100 mg for severe pain.

Important Warnings

- This medicine should not be given to children.
- Do not drink alcohol or grapefruit juice while taking this medicine, as it can cause serious side effects or change how the medicine works.
