Menisy tablets contain betahistine, which helps treat symptoms of Meniere's disease, such as dizziness, ringing in the ears, and hearing loss, by improving blood flow in the inner ear.
Your doctor will decide your dose. Usually, the starting dose is 16 mg three times a day. The maintenance dose is 24–48 mg per day, divided into 2-3 doses.
Swallow the tablets with water. Take them with or after food to help avoid stomach upset. Try to take your doses at the same time each day.
Do not take more than 48 mg per day, unless your doctor has told you otherwise.
