Menisy is a medicine that helps treat Meniere's disease, a condition causing dizziness, ringing in the ears, and hearing loss, by improving blood flow in the inner ear.
The usual starting dose is 16 mg three times a day, with daily doses ranging from 24 mg to 48 mg, split into two or three doses.
Swallow tablets with water, preferably with or after food to lessen stomach problems. If taking multiple tablets daily, spread them evenly (e.g., morning, midday, evening) and try to take them at the same time each day.
Do not take more than 48 mg in one day.
