How to Use
Dosage
Start with half a 10 mg tablet once daily for the first week, then increase gradually over three weeks until you take two 10 mg tablets (20 mg total) once daily from week 4 onwards, as directed by your doctor.
Method
Take the film-coated tablets by mouth once a day, at the same time each day. Swallow them with a little water. You can take them with or without food.
Important
The maximum daily dose is 20 mg (two 10 mg tablets) once a day.

Important Warnings
- Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to memantine or any other ingredients in the medicine.
- Tell your doctor if you have had epileptic seizures.
- Tell your doctor if you have recently had a heart attack, or if you have uncontrolled heart failure or high blood pressure.
- If you have kidney problems, your doctor will monitor your kidney function closely and may adjust your dose.
- This medicine is not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years of age.
