How to Use

Dosage

Take one 3 mg tablet once a day for up to 4 days; if 3 mg is not enough, you can take one 5 mg tablet instead of the 3 mg tablet.

Method

Take the medicine at your usual bedtime in your destination; swallow the tablet with a glass of water, and do not take it before 8 PM or after 4 AM. Do not eat 2 hours before or after taking it, and avoid alcohol.

Important

The maximum dose is one 5 mg tablet once a day.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to melatonin or any other ingredient in the medicine.
  • Tell your doctor if you have epilepsy, as this medicine might increase seizures.
  • Not recommended if you have severe kidney or liver problems.
  • Talk to your doctor if you have an autoimmune disease or heart/blood vessel disease and are taking blood pressure medication.
  • This medicine can cause drowsiness; be careful when driving or using machines.

  • Avoid eating 2 hours before and after your dose, and avoid alcohol, as they can affect how well the medicine works.

  • If symptoms do not improve or worsen within 6 days, contact your doctor.
  • If you have taken too much, contact your doctor immediately.
