How to Use

Dosage

Take one 2 mg tablet once a day.

Method

Take the tablet whole with food, 1-2 hours before bedtime. Do not crush or split it.

Important

The maximum daily dose is one tablet (2 mg) per day.

Possible Side Effects

COMMON
  • Chest pain
  • Irritability, nervousness, restlessness, insomnia, unusual dreams, nightmares, anxiety
  • Migraine, headache, lethargy (tiredness, lack of energy), restlessness with increased activity

  • High blood pressure

  • Changes in blood count that may cause yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes

  • Unconsciousness or fainting
  • Severe chest pain due to constricted blood vessels
  • Palpitations (fast heartbeat)

  • Red blood cells in urine
  • Low white blood cell count
  • Low platelet count, which increases the risk of bleeding or bruising

  • This medicine can make you drowsy. Be careful when driving or using machines if you feel drowsy.
