How to Use

Dosage

For adults with jetlag, take 0.5-5 ml (0.5-5 mg) for up to 5 days; for children/adolescents (6-17) with ADHD-related sleep difficulties, start with 1-2 ml (1-2 mg) 30-60 minutes before bedtime.

Method

The oral solution is swallowed; always use the provided measuring syringe to take your specific dose.

Important

The maximum daily dose for both adults and children/adolescents is 5 ml (5 mg).

Important Warnings

  • Do not take if you are allergic to melatonin or any other ingredients in this medicine.
  • Talk to your doctor if you have epilepsy, an autoimmune disease, or liver/kidney problems.
  • If you have diabetes, this medicine may increase blood sugar levels, so consult your doctor.
  • Smoking can reduce the effect of Melatonin Glenmark.
  • Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding; women who can become pregnant should use contraception.
