Take Medithyrox orally once a day in the morning on an empty stomach, at least half an hour before breakfast, preferably with a small amount of liquid (e.g., half a glass of water). For infants, crush the tablet just before use and mix with a small amount of water, giving it to the child at least half an hour before the first feeding.
