Take Medithyrox by mouth once a day, in the morning on an empty stomach (at least half an hour before breakfast), preferably with a small amount of liquid, like half a glass of water. For infants, crush the tablet just before use, mix with a small amount of water, and give it to the child at least half an hour before their first feeding.
