How to Use

Dosage

The recommended dose is 20 mg once a day. The dose is gradually increased over the first few weeks.

Method

Take Marbodin by mouth once a day, preferably at the same time each day. Swallow the tablets with water, with or without food.

Important

The maximum dose is two 10 mg tablets (total 20 mg) once a day starting from week four.

  • Inflammation of the pancreas
  • Liver inflammation (hepatitis)
  • Mental health disorders (psychotic reactions)

Important Warnings

  • Do not take Marbodin if you are allergic to memantine hydrochloride or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Talk to your doctor if you have had epileptic seizures.
  • Talk to your doctor if you have recently had a heart attack, heart failure, or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
  • Marbodin is not recommended for children or adolescents under 18 years of age.
  • Memantine is not recommended for use during pregnancy.
