2.5 mg/tippa
Active Ingredient
Iron(III)-hydroxide polymaltose complex

Vifor France

How to Use

Dosage

The dose depends on your age and weight. For infants (2-15 kg), it's 1-2 drops per kg of body weight daily. For children (15-30 kg), 10-40 drops daily. For children over 30 kg, adults, and pregnant women, 20-60 drops daily.

Method

Hold the bottle straight upside down to get drops. If drops don't come out, tap the bottle gently. Do not shake. You can take Maltofer with or without food, but taking it with or right after food may help reduce stomach upset. Mixing it with liquid food can also help prevent teeth from staining. It can be mixed with fruit or vegetable juices, baby food, or bottle milk.

Important

Do not exceed 60 drops per day. If you need more than 60 drops, use Maltofer chewable tablets instead.
