How to Use
Dosage
One sachet per day.
Method
Place the granules directly on your tongue, swallow them without water just before a meal. You can drink some water afterwards if needed.
Important
The maximum daily dose is one sachet, which contains 400 mg of magnesium. Do not exceed this dose.
Possible Side Effects

- •Loose stools or diarrhea
Important Warnings
- Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to magnesium or any other ingredients.
- Do not take this medicine if you have severe kidney problems (glomerular filtration rate less than 30 ml/min).
- Do not take this medicine if you have heart conduction disorders that cause a slow heartbeat (bradycardia).
- Wait 2-3 hours between taking Magnesium Diasporal and other medicines, especially fluorides and tetracyclines, to avoid interactions.
- This medicine contains sorbitol. If you have a hereditary fructose intolerance or any other sugar intolerance, talk to your doctor before taking it.
