How to Use
Dosage
The recommended dose is 1 sachet per day.
Method
Dissolve 1 sachet of Magnesium Diasporal 400 mg powder in half a glass of water and drink the whole solution.
Important
Do not exceed 1 sachet (400 mg) per day.
Possible Side Effects
COMMON
- •Loose stools or diarrhea at the start of treatment.
RARE
- •Fatigue if used for a long time.
Important Warnings
- Do not take if you are allergic to magnesium citrate or any other ingredient.
- Do not take if you have severe kidney problems (glomerular filtration rate < 30 ml/min).
- Do not take if you have heart conduction problems causing a slow heart rate (bradycardia).
- Avoid taking other medicines at the same time; leave 2-3 hours between doses, especially for fluorides and tetracyclines.
- Not recommended for children and adolescents due to lack of experience.

- If you have kidney problems or are on a low-potassium diet, be aware that this medicine contains potassium.
- If you take too much, or if a child takes it by accident, contact a doctor or poison control center.
- Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.
