How to Use

Dosage

Your doctor will tell you exactly how much to take. Often, adults take 10 mg or 20 mg once a day.

Method

Swallow the tablets whole with at least half a glass of water in the morning. Do not chew or crush them. You can take them with or without food. If you have trouble swallowing, you can break the tablet, mix it with non-fizzy water, fruit juice (like apple or orange), or apple sauce, and drink it right away. Rinse the glass with more water to get all the medicine. Don't use milk or sparkling water.

Important

Most people should not take more than 40 mg in a day, but your doctor might change this based on your health.
