How to Use
Dosage
Your doctor will decide your dose. For adults, it's usually 50 mg once daily.
Method
Take the tablet with a glass of water at about the same time each day.
Important
Your doctor will tell you your maximum daily dose, which can be up to 150 mg.

- •Swelling in the intestines, causing stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea
Important Warnings
- Do not take if you are allergic to losartan or any other ingredient in this medicine.
- Do not take if you have severe liver problems.
- Do not take if you are pregnant or think you might be, especially after the first 3 months.
- Tell your doctor if you have diabetes or kidney problems and are taking other blood pressure medicine that contains aliskiren.
- Tell your doctor if you have had swelling of your face, lips, throat, or tongue (angioedema).

- Tell your doctor if you have severe vomiting or diarrhea that causes a lot of fluid loss.
- Avoid grapefruit juice while taking this medicine as it can reduce the medicine's effect.
