How to Use

Dosage

1 tablet

Method

Take with a glass of water, with or without food.

Important

Do not take more than 1 tablet per day.

  • Liver problems
  • Hair loss
  • Rash
  • Weight gain
  • Severe allergic reactions like swelling of lips, tongue, or face (angioedema), difficulty breathing, or hives (itchy, burning, red marks on skin with swelling). Seek immediate medical help if these occur.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to loratadine or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Tell your doctor if you have liver disease.
  • Stop taking this medicine 2 days before any allergy skin tests, as it can affect the test results.
  • Do not give to children under 6 years old or children weighing less than 30 kg.
  • Do not give to children under 12 years old without a doctor's prescription.

  • Avoid using this medicine during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
  • If you feel drowsy or dizzy, do not drive or use machines.
  • If your symptoms do not get better within 5 days, contact your doctor.
  • If you have an intolerance to some sugars, talk to your doctor before taking this medicine.

Use in Elderly Patients

Category C

Suitable for older adults, with specific precautions. Reduce the dose in severe renal impairment. Concurrent use with clopidogrel can increase loratadine and desloratadine level. (updated 19.9.2025)
