How to Use

Dosage

Apply a thin layer to the affected skin area 1 to 2 times daily. For outer ear infection, apply 3-5 drops to the ear 3 times daily for 7 days.

Method

Apply a thin layer directly to the affected skin. For outer ear infections, use drops in the ear.

Important

The maximum treatment duration is 3-4 weeks. For infants, treatment should not exceed 7 days.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to hydrocortisone-17-butyrate or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Do not use this medicine alone for bacterial, fungal, or viral skin infections, acne, wounds, or outer ear inflammation if your eardrum is perforated, as these conditions might worsen or be masked.
  • Avoid getting this medicine in your eyes.
  • Wash your hands thoroughly after applying the medicine, unless you are treating your hands.
  • Do not use under tight or occlusive bandages.

  • Contact your doctor if you experience blurred vision or other vision problems.
  • Avoid long-term continuous use, especially in children. For infants, use is not recommended for longer than 7 days, and for children under 1 year old, it is not recommended at all.
  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning a pregnancy, consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this medicine.
