How to Use

Dosage

Apply a thin layer to the affected skin area 1 to 2 times daily. For outer ear inflammation, use 3-5 drops in the ear 3 times daily for 7 days.

Method

Apply externally to the skin or into the ear.

Important

The maximum treatment duration is 3-4 weeks. For infants, treatment should not exceed 7 days.

  • Widening of small blood vessels in the skin

  • Loss of skin color (pigmentation changes)
  • Worsening of symptoms after stopping treatment (rebound effect)
  • Adrenal gland suppression
  • Blurred vision

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to hydrocortisone-17-butyrate or any other ingredients in this medicine.
  • Do not use as the only treatment for bacterial, fungal, or viral skin infections, acne, wounds, or outer ear inflammation if the eardrum is perforated, as these conditions might worsen or be masked.
  • Avoid getting the medicine in your eyes.
  • Wash your hands thoroughly after use, unless you are treating your hands.
  • Avoid using under airtight bandages or dressings.

  • Contact your doctor if you experience blurred vision or other vision problems.
  • Avoid long-term continuous use, especially in children. For infants, treatment should not exceed 7 days, and use in children under 1 year is not recommended. Diapers can increase absorption in small children.
  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, think you might be pregnant, or planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this medicine.
