How to Use

Dosage

Apply 2-3 times daily at first, then reduce to 2 times daily once symptoms improve.

Method

Apply a thin layer with a finger for external use. For internal use, use the included applicator to spread the cream evenly in the anal canal, preferably in the morning and evening after a bowel movement.

Important

Do not use more than 2.5 grams of cream (about the size of a grape) in a single application.

Possible Side Effects

COMMON
  • Itching and burning sensation in the anal area (may be a reaction to the cream).
  • Diarrhea.
RARE
  • Discomfort and redness in the anal area.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to lidocaine or any other ingredients in the cream.
  • Consult your doctor if you have heart problems (e.g., heart failure) before using this medicine.
  • Stick to the recommended dose; using more can lead to increased side effects.
  • If you have a fungal infection, you should also use a local anti-fungal medicine at the same time.
  • Contact your doctor if your symptoms do not improve within 7 days or return soon after stopping use.
