How to Use
Dosage
Your doctor will decide your correct dose. Treatment usually starts with a small dose, which is gradually increased.
Method
Take one dose every morning on an empty stomach, at least 30 minutes before breakfast, with a small amount of water.
Important
Your doctor will determine your maximum daily dose. Doses can be up to 300 micrograms for certain conditions.

- Do not use if you have recently had a heart attack or heart inflammation.
- Do not use this medicine with other anti-thyroid drugs if you are pregnant.
- Talk to your doctor if you have heart disease or high blood pressure. These conditions must be controlled before you start taking Levothyroxine Orion.

- Do not use this medicine for weight loss. Do not increase your dose without your doctor's instructions, especially if you are also taking weight-loss medications.
- Tell your doctor if you are taking biotin, as it can affect thyroid hormone test results.
- Tell your doctor if you use soy products, as they can affect how your body absorbs the medicine.
- Tell your doctor about all other medicines you are taking, including over-the-counter and herbal remedies, as they can affect how Levothyroxine Orion works, or vice versa.
