How to Use

Dosage

Your doctor will set your individual dose. Treatment begins with a low dose that is slowly increased over several weeks until a stable dose is found.

Important Warnings

  • Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to levomethadone or any other ingredients.
  • Do not take this medicine if you are currently taking or have taken MAO inhibitors (medicines for depression or Parkinson's disease) within the last 2 weeks.
  • Do not take this medicine if you have severe breathing or lung problems.
  • Do not take this medicine if you are dependent on drugs other than opioids.
  • This medicine is not for children or young people under 18 years of age.
