Important Warnings
- Do not take if you are allergic to levomethadone or any other ingredients in this medicine.
- Do not take if you are using or have used MAO inhibitors (for depression or Parkinson's disease) in the last 2 weeks.
- Do not take if you have severe breathing or lung problems.
- Do not take if you are dependent on non-opioid drugs.
- Avoid alcohol and grapefruit juice during treatment, as they can cause serious side effects or change how the medicine works.

- Keep this medicine out of sight and reach of children, as even small amounts can be dangerous if taken by accident.
- Do not drive or use tools or machines while taking Levopidon, as it can cause drowsiness and make you less alert.
- Do not stop taking Levopidon suddenly without talking to your doctor, as it can cause withdrawal symptoms.
- This medicine contains methyl parahydroxybenzoate (E218), which may cause allergic reactions (possibly delayed).
- This medicine contains glycerol (E422), which in large amounts (from multiple bottles) may cause headache, stomach problems, or diarrhea.
