How to Use

Dosage

Your doctor will decide your individual dose, usually once a day. The dose will be gradually increased.

Method

Take the medicine by mouth. Do not inject it.

Important

Do not take more or more often than prescribed by your doctor to avoid overdose.

  • Low blood potassium or magnesium

Important Warnings

  • Do not use Levopidon if you are allergic to levomethadone or any other ingredients in the medicine.
  • Do not use this medicine if you are taking MAO inhibitors for depression or Parkinson's disease, or have taken them in the last two weeks.
  • Do not use this medicine if you have severe breathing or lung problems.
  • Do not use this medicine if you are dependent on non-opioid drugs.
  • Levopidon should only be taken by mouth. Never inject it, as this can cause serious and permanent harm or even death.

  • Keep this medicine out of the sight and reach of children. Even a small amount can be dangerous for children.
  • Do not drink alcohol or grapefruit juice while taking Levopidon, as this can cause serious side effects or affect how the medicine works.
  • Using with gabapentin, pregabalin, or sedatives can increase the risk of overdose and breathing problems, which can be life-threatening.
