How to Use

Dosage

Take one tablet once a day.

Method

Swallow the tablet whole with water. You can take it with or without food.

Important

Do not take more than one tablet (5 mg) per day.

Important Warnings

  • Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to levocetirizine or similar medicines, or any other ingredients.
  • Stop taking it and call your doctor right away if you have signs of a serious allergic reaction, like swelling of your face, tongue, or throat, trouble breathing, or hives.
  • Do not take this medicine if you have severe kidney disease and need dialysis.
  • Talk to your doctor if you have trouble emptying your bladder (for example, due to a spinal cord injury or an enlarged prostate).
  • Talk to your doctor if you have epilepsy or are at risk of seizures, as this medicine might make them worse.

  • If you are having allergy tests, ask your doctor if you should stop taking this medicine a few days before, as it can affect the test results.
  • Be careful when taking this medicine with alcohol or other drugs that affect your brain, as it can make you more sleepy and less alert.

  • This medicine can make you feel sleepy or tired. Do not drive or use machines until you know how it affects you.
