Lercanidipine Hydrochloride Accord is a medicine that helps lower high blood pressure in adults over 18 years old.
The usual dose is 10 mg once a day. Your doctor may increase it to 20 mg per day if needed.
Take the tablet whole with water, preferably in the morning at least 15 minutes before breakfast.
Do not take more than 20 mg in one day.
Suitable for older adults. Do not use in severe renal impairment. Significant adverse effects include ankle oedema and orthostatic hypotension. Consider potential interactions. Avoid grapefruit. (updated 17.2.2025)
