How to Use

Dosage

You will usually start with one spray a day. Your doctor might change this to two sprays daily if needed.

Method

Spray onto clean, dry skin on the inside of your forearm. If you can't use your forearm, spray on your inner thigh. Never spray on or near your breasts. Press the pump all the way down for one spray. Let the spray dry for at least 2 minutes before getting dressed and 60 minutes before bathing. If spray gets on your hands, wash them with soap and water right away.

Important

Do not use more than 3 sprays in one day.

Possible Side Effects

  • Irregular vaginal bleeding or spotting
  • Breast tenderness or pain
  • Weight changes (gain or loss)
RARE
  • Migraine
  • Feeling anxious
  • Vomiting
  • Bloated stomach
  • Muscle cramps

Important Warnings

  • Do not use Lenzetto if you have or have had breast cancer, any other cancer sensitive to estrogen, or unexplained bleeding from your vagina.
  • Do not use Lenzetto if you have or have had a blood clot in your leg or lung, or a problem with your blood clotting.
  • Do not use Lenzetto if you have or recently had a heart attack, stroke, or chest pain.
  • Stop using Lenzetto and see a doctor right away if your skin or eyes turn yellow (jaundice), as this can be a sign of liver problems.
  • Stop using Lenzetto and see a doctor right away if you have a severe allergic reaction with swelling of your face, tongue, or throat, making it hard to breathe or swallow.

  • Stop using Lenzetto and see a doctor right away if you suddenly get chest pain, shortness of breath, or painful swelling in your leg (these could be signs of a blood clot).
  • Stop using Lenzetto immediately if you become pregnant.

Use in Elderly Patients

Category D

The classification depends on the dosage form. Systemic use (for example estrogen patch, tablet, gel): Avoid use in older adults. In systemic use, consider potential adverse effects, such as risk of cardiovascular diseases and venous thromboembolism. Consider potential interactions.
