How to Use

Dosage

Your doctor will tell you exactly how much Lenalidomide Stada to take.

Method

Swallow the capsules whole with water. Do not break, open, or chew them. You can take the capsules with or without food, at about the same time each day, as directed by your doctor.

Important

Your doctor will set your daily dose and treatment schedule, which should not be exceeded.

Possible Side Effects

COMMON
  • Feeling tired or weak due to low red blood cells (anemia)
  • Skin rashes and itching
  • Muscle cramps, pain, or weakness in muscles, joints, back, arms, and legs
  • Swelling in your arms and legs
  • Fever and flu-like symptoms (e.g., headache, chills, cough)
  • Numbness, tingling, or dizziness
  • Upset stomach, including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or constipation
  • Changes in appetite or weight loss
  • Infections, such as colds or sinus infections
  • Headache
  • Dry skin or changes in mood
RARE
  • Bleeding inside the head
  • Loss of vision or yellow skin/eyes (jaundice)
  • Severe stomach pain with nausea, vomiting, or fever (possible pancreas inflammation)
  • Wheezing, shortness of breath, or a dry cough (possible lung inflammation)
  • Severe muscle pain and weakness (can lead to kidney problems)
  • Rupture of the stomach or intestinal wall (causes severe stomach pain, fever, bloody stools)
  • Reactivation of viral infections like shingles or Hepatitis B

Important Warnings

  • Do not take this medicine if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or if you could become pregnant and are not using effective birth control.
  • Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to lenalidomide or any other ingredients.
  • Tell your doctor right away if you notice signs of a blood clot (like chest or leg pain, or trouble breathing) or a serious infection (like fever, chills, or a very sore throat).
  • Get immediate medical help if you have a severe allergic reaction, such as a widespread rash, peeling skin, swelling of your face or mouth, or difficulty breathing.
  • Inform your doctor about any kidney problems, heart issues, or past viral infections (like Hepatitis B or HIV), as your doctor may need to adjust your dose or monitor for virus reactivation.
