Lecrolyn eye drops stop allergic reactions by blocking substances that cause inflammation, mainly used to treat or prevent allergic eye inflammation.

How to Use
Dosage
For adults and children over 4 years: 1–2 drops into each eye, 4 times a day. For children under 4 years: only as directed by a doctor.
Method
Wash your hands first. Put 1-2 drops into each eye. Use a fresh single-dose container for each application. Throw away the used container right after use. If using other eye drops, wait at least 5 minutes between medicines.
Important
Do not use more than 4 times a day. Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.
Possible Side Effects
COMMON
- •Temporary stinging or local irritation when applying.
- •Temporary blurred vision.
RARE
- •Allergic reactions (hypersensitivity reactions).
Important Warnings
- Do not use if you are allergic to sodium cromoglicate or any other ingredient in Lecrolyn eye drops.
- Contact a doctor if your symptoms get worse or do not improve after 3 days.
- Do not use the solution if it is cloudy.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before using this medicine.
- Each single-dose container must be used immediately after opening and any remaining solution thrown away.
