Lecigon is a medicine for advanced Parkinson's disease, used when other oral treatments are no longer effective.
Your doctor will set your dose. You usually start with a morning dose, then get a continuous dose for about 16 hours while awake. Extra doses can be given, and your doctor may allow use for up to 24 hours.
Lecigon is a gel given directly into your small intestine through a tube and pump inserted into your belly.
Do not take more than 100 ml of Lecigon in total per day, including all doses.
Suitable for older adults. Consider potential interactions especially with antipsychotics and metoclopramide. (updated 6.10.2025)
