How to Use

Dosage

Adults and children over 12 years old should start with 10 drops in the evening.

Method

Take orally. You can mix it with food or drink. Hold the bottle upside down, do not shake, and gently tap the bottom to get one drop at a time.

Important

Do not take more than 20 drops in one day.

Possible Side Effects

  • Diarrhea
  • Stomach pain, cramps, or discomfort

  • Vomiting, nausea, or dizziness
  • Skin rash, allergic reactions (like swelling of the tongue, lips, or face), itching, or fainting

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to sodium picosulfate or any other ingredients.
  • Do not use if you have severe stomach pain with fever, nausea, or vomiting (like appendicitis), inflammatory bowel disease, or a blocked bowel.
  • Do not use if you have a serious fluid imbalance.
  • Do not use daily for long periods without finding out why you are constipated. Too much use can cause fluid and potassium loss.
  • Do not use without doctor's supervision if: you have used it for more than a week, you have had stomach surgery, or if the user is under 12 years old.

  • Do not use this medicine for weight loss. It does not reduce calorie absorption and can cause serious side effects.
