How to Use

Dosage

For constipation, adults typically start with 15-45 ml per day, then adjust to 15-30 ml daily. For children, dosage varies by age, consult your doctor.

Method

Take the medicine at the same time each day, for example, with breakfast. You can take it neat or mix it with water, coffee, tea, juice, or milk. Swallow quickly to protect your teeth.

Important

For constipation, do not exceed 45 ml per day unless specifically advised by a doctor for other conditions. Always follow your doctor's instructions.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you have a bowel blockage that is not caused by normal constipation.
  • Do not use if you have a hole in your digestive tract or are at risk of one.
  • Talk to your doctor if you have unexplained stomach pain.

  • Talk to your doctor if you have lactose intolerance or other sugar intolerances.
  • Talk to your doctor if you have heart problems linked to stomach issues, or if you get a lot of gas or bloating after taking this medicine (the dose might need to be lowered).
  • Talk to your doctor if you have diabetes, as high doses may affect your blood sugar.
  • Drink plenty of fluids (1.5-2 liters daily) when using laxatives.
  • Contact a doctor if your symptoms do not improve or worsen within a few days.
  • For children under 14 years, use only under a doctor's supervision.
  • Using incorrect doses for a long time or misusing the medicine can cause diarrhea and electrolyte problems.
