How to Use

Dosage

Adults: For temporary constipation or bowel cleansing, 120 ml or, if needed, 240 ml, unless a doctor advises otherwise. Children: Only as directed by a doctor.

Method

Warm the enema to body temperature in a water bath before use. Lubricate the tip with petroleum jelly or by squeezing out a few drops of Klyx. Gently insert the tip into the rectum and slowly squeeze the solution out of the bottle. Remove the tip from the rectum while keeping the bottle compressed to prevent re-suction. Try to hold the solution in the rectum for about 5 minutes for it to work.

Important

For a single use for temporary constipation or bowel cleansing, the maximum is 240 ml, unless directed otherwise by a doctor. Avoid prolonged use.
