How to Use

Dosage

One tablet once daily.

Method

Place the tablet in your mouth; it dissolves quickly and can be swallowed without water.

Important

One tablet per day.

Important Warnings

  • Do not take Kevenix if you are allergic to desloratadine, loratadine, or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Talk to your doctor if you have reduced kidney function.
  • Talk to your doctor if you or your family has a history of seizures.
  • Do not give this medicine to children under 12 years of age.
  • Avoid use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

  • This medicine contains aspartame, a source of phenylalanine. It may be harmful if you have phenylketonuria (PKU).
  • Consult a doctor if your symptoms do not improve within five (5) days or if they worsen.

Use in Elderly Patients

Category C

Suitable for older adults, with specific precautions. Reduce the dose in severe renal impairment. Concurrent use with clopidogrel can increase loratadine and desloratadine level. (updated 19.9.2025)
