How to Use

Dosage

The typical dose for adults is 5 drops (10 micrograms) once daily.

Method

Remove the cap collar from the bottle before use. Always dispense drops onto a clean spoon. Avoid touching food with the tip of the bottle.

Important

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, as continuous overuse can lead to vitamin D poisoning.

Important Warnings

  • Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking other vitamin D supplements or regularly consuming many vitamin D-fortified foods, as this can lead to an overdose.
  • Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have certain medical conditions like sarcoidosis, liver or kidney disease, are on dialysis, have heart conditions or take diuretics, have hardened arteries, or kidney stones.
  • This medicine contains a small amount of alcohol. Discuss with a doctor or pharmacist if giving to premature babies or infants with rickets, as it might cause drowsiness or interact with other medicines.
