How to Use
Dosage
Use the content of one single-dose unit three or four times a day.
Method
This medicine is for inhalation using a suitable nebulizer. Read the nebulizer instructions completely before starting.
Important
Do not exceed four single-dose units per day.
Possible Side Effects
COMMON
- •Nervousness, shakiness, or dizziness
- •Dry mouth
- •Cough
- •Headache
- •Nausea
- •Throat irritation
- •Increased blood pressure
- •Fast or uneven heartbeat
- •Hoarseness
- •Skin reactions
RARE
- •Irregular heartbeat
- •Low blood potassium (seen in blood tests)
- •Blurred vision, dilated pupils, eye pain, stinging, redness or swelling in eyes, or seeing colored rings/halos
- •Increased sweating
- •Dry or swollen throat
- •Short-term breathing or speech difficulty due to vocal cord spasm
- •Rash, itchy rash, or itching
- •Diarrhea, constipation, vomiting, or other stomach/bowel problems
- •Mouth swelling or inflammation
- •Muscle cramps, weakness, or pain
- •Problems urinating
- •Weakness
- •Low blood pressure
- •Mood changes
Important Warnings
- Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to salbutamol, ipratropium bromide, atropine, or any other ingredient in this medicine.
- Get medical help right away if your breathing suddenly gets much worse, you have a severe allergic reaction (like swelling of face or throat, dizziness, bad rash, or itching), or if you have severe eye pain, blurry vision, or see colored rings around lights.
- Tell your doctor before using this medicine if you have glaucoma (high eye pressure), certain heart problems (like a very fast heartbeat or a thickened heart muscle), diabetes, an overactive thyroid, problems peeing (especially men with prostate issues), cystic fibrosis, bowel problems, a rare tumor on your adrenal gland, or liver/kidney problems.
- This medicine is not for children under 12 years old.
- Don't stop taking this medicine unless your doctor tells you to.
