How to Use

Dosage

Your doctor will apply one drop to your eye one hour before the laser procedure and another drop immediately after the procedure.

Method

Use Iopidine only as eye drops. After applying, close your eye and gently press the inner corner of your eye near your nose for two minutes to prevent the medicine from spreading to other parts of the body.

Important

Maximum of two drops per eye per procedure.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use for children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
  • Do not use if you are allergic to apraklonidin, clonidin, or any other ingredients in this medicine.
  • Do not use if you are currently taking certain antidepressants (monoamine oxidase inhibitors).
  • Be careful if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, circulation problems, fainting spells, or kidney/liver problems.
  • Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
