How to Use

Dosage

Two puffs, two times a day.

Method

Breathe the powder in deeply through your mouth using the inhaler device. Stand or sit upright when you inhale.

Important

Do not take more than four puffs in one day.

Possible Side Effects

COMMON
  • Shaking or tremors
RARE
  • Cold-like symptoms, sore throat
  • Fungal infection in the mouth or throat (rinse your mouth with water after each use to help prevent this)
  • Worsening of asthma symptoms, difficulty breathing
  • Hoarseness, cough
  • Unusually fast or slow heartbeat, chest pain or tightness in the chest
  • Headache, nausea
  • Tiredness or nervousness
  • Changes in heart tracing (ECG), low levels of cortisol in urine or blood, high levels of potassium or sugar in blood, high fat levels in blood
  • Blurred vision

Important Warnings

  • Do not use this medicine if you have a sudden asthma attack or very bad asthma symptoms like shortness of breath, wheezing, or cough. Use your fast-acting rescue inhaler instead and always carry it with you.
  • Talk to your doctor before using this medicine if you have heart problems, high blood pressure, diabetes, an overactive thyroid, or any severe liver or kidney problems.
  • If your asthma gets worse or your symptoms do not improve after using this medicine, contact your doctor right away. Do not change your dose without your doctor's advice.
  • Stop using this medicine and seek medical help immediately if you have signs of an allergic reaction like skin rash, itching, swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, or difficulty breathing.
  • Immediately after using this inhaler, if you experience sudden worsening of shortness of breath, coughing, or wheezing, stop using it and use your fast-acting rescue inhaler. Contact your doctor right away.

  • This medicine is not for children or adolescents under 18 years old.
  • If you experience blurred vision or other eye problems, contact your doctor.
