How to Use

Dosage

Take one Indivina tablet once a day.

Method

Swallow the tablet whole with liquid, preferably at about the same time each day.

Important

Your doctor will prescribe the lowest possible dose for the shortest possible time; do not exceed the dose prescribed by your doctor.

Important Warnings

  • If you have or have had breast cancer or other estrogen-dependent cancer, or if there is a suspicion of such.
  • If you have unexplained vaginal bleeding.
  • If you have untreated endometrial hyperplasia (excessive thickening of the womb lining).
  • If you have or have had a blood clot in a vein (e.g., in your leg or lungs).
  • If you have a disorder that increases your risk of blood clots (e.g., deficiency of protein C, S, or antithrombin).

  • If you have or have recently had a disease caused by arterial blood clots, such as a heart attack, stroke, or angina.
  • If you have or have had liver disease and your liver function tests have not returned to normal.
  • If you have porphyria (a rare, inherited blood disorder).
  • If you are allergic to estradiol valerate, medroxyprogesterone acetate, or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Your skin or the whites of your eyes turn yellow (jaundice), as this may indicate a liver problem.
  • You experience symptoms of angioedema (e.g., swelling of the face, tongue, and/or throat, difficulty swallowing, or hives with breathing difficulties).
  • Your blood pressure rises significantly (this can cause headache, tiredness, dizziness).
  • You get a migraine-type headache for the first first time.
  • You become pregnant.
  • You notice signs of a blood clot, such as painful swelling and redness in your legs, sudden chest pain, or difficulty breathing.
