How to Use

Dosage

One tablet.

Method

Take one tablet whole with liquid once a day, preferably at the same time each day.

Important

One tablet per day, as prescribed by your doctor. Do not change your dose without talking to your doctor.

Possible Side Effects

COMMON
  • Weight gain or loss, swelling due to fluid retention.
  • Feeling down, nervous, or lacking energy.
  • Headache, dizziness.
  • Hot flashes, increased sweating.
  • Nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, gas.
  • Breast pain or tenderness, vaginal discharge, irregular vaginal bleeding or spotting, other vaginal or genital problems, menstrual problems.
RARE
  • Poor tolerance to contact lenses.
  • Changes in liver function and bile flow.
  • Rash.
  • Blood clots, usually in a leg or lung, causing pain, swelling, or redness.
  • Menstrual cramps, PMS-like symptoms.

Important Warnings

  • Stop taking Indivina and call your doctor right away if your skin or the whites of your eyes turn yellow, as this can be a sign of liver problems.
  • Get urgent medical help if you have swelling of your face, tongue, or throat, trouble swallowing or breathing, or hives (itchy rash) because this could be a serious allergic reaction.
  • Stop Indivina and call your doctor if you see signs of a blood clot, such as painful swelling or redness in a leg, sudden chest pain, or trouble breathing.
  • Tell your doctor if you get your first severe headache that feels like a migraine, or if your blood pressure goes up a lot.
  • If you become pregnant while taking Indivina, stop using it and contact your doctor right away.
