How to Use

Dosage

For adults, the starting dose is 200-400 mg (half or one tablet). Children (over 20 kg, 6 years and older) should take no more than 30 mg per kg of body weight per day, divided into several doses.

Method

Swallow the tablets with water. If you have a sensitive stomach, take the medicine with food.

Important

For adults, the maximum daily dose is 1200 mg (3 tablets). For children, it's a maximum of 30 mg per kg of body weight per day.

Possible Side Effects

COMMON
  • Heartburn, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, gas, diarrhea, constipation, minor bleeding from the digestive tract (which can lead to anemia).
RARE
  • Headache, dizziness, insomnia, agitation, irritability, fatigue.
  • Stomach or intestinal ulcers, sometimes with bleeding and perforation (can be life-threatening). Mouth and bowel inflammation, gastritis.
  • Various rashes.
  • Ringing in the ears (tinnitus).
  • Kidney damage (especially with long-term use), high uric acid levels in blood. Kidney problems, such as fluid retention and kidney failure.
  • Liver damage or impaired liver function (especially with long-term use), hepatitis.
  • Hair loss.
  • Symptoms of aseptic meningitis (such as severe headache, fever, stiff neck).
  • Mental health problems, such as psychotic reactions and depression.
  • Palpitations, heart failure, heart attack, high blood pressure.
  • Inflammation of the esophagus and pancreas.
  • Intestinal strictures.
  • Skin sensitivity to sunlight, recurrent erythema.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to ibuprofen or other ingredients in this medicine, or if you have experienced asthma, runny nose, swelling, or rash with other pain relievers (NSAIDs).
  • Do not use if you have an unexplained blood cell formation disorder.
  • Do not use if you have or have had recurring stomach or duodenal ulcers, or bleeding from the digestive tract.
  • Do not use if you have experienced digestive tract bleeding or perforation due to previous NSAID use.
  • Do not use if you have brain hemorrhage or other active bleeding.

  • Do not use if you have severe liver or kidney disease.
  • Do not use if you have severe heart failure.
  • Do not use if you have severe dehydration (e.g., due to vomiting or diarrhea).
  • Do not use if you are in the last trimester of pregnancy.
  • Do not give to children under 6 years old or weighing less than 20 kg.
  • Avoid use if you have chickenpox.
  • High doses and long-term use may increase the risk of heart attack or stroke. Do not exceed the recommended dose or duration of use.
