How to Use

Dosage

One tablet (400 mg) as needed, up to 3 times a day. Wait at least 6 hours between doses.

Method

Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not chew or crush it. If you have a sensitive stomach, take it with food.

Important

Do not take more than 3 tablets (1200 mg) in 24 hours.

Possible Side Effects

COMMON
  • Stomach problems like heartburn, stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, gas, and constipation.
  • Minor bleeding in the stomach or intestines, which can sometimes cause anemia.
RARE
  • Allergic reactions like rash, itching, and asthma attacks.
  • Headache, feeling dizzy or tired, drowsiness, trouble sleeping, feeling restless or irritable.
  • Stomach ulcers, bleeding in the stomach or intestines, worsening of bowel diseases like colitis.
  • Vision changes or loss, hearing problems, ringing in the ears.
  • Severe kidney or liver problems, inflammation of the pancreas, heart problems, high blood pressure.
  • Changes in blood cells (like anemia), mood changes (depression, psychotic reactions).
  • Breathing difficulties, hair loss, swelling (edema).
  • Numbness, tingling, or skin becoming sensitive to sunlight.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to ibuprofen or any other ingredient.
  • Do not use if you have had an allergic reaction, like asthma, rash, or swelling, with other pain medicines before.
  • Do not use if you have current or past severe stomach or bowel problems, like bleeding or ulcers.
  • Do not use if you have severe heart, liver, or kidney failure.
  • Do not use during the last three months of pregnancy.

  • Avoid use if you have chickenpox.
  • Do not exceed the recommended dose, as it may increase the risk of heart attack or stroke.
  • Stop use and seek medical help if you get a severe rash, blisters, or other allergic symptoms.
  • Do not use this medicine after the expiry date printed on the package.
