How to Use

Dosage

For children 6 months to 12 years: 5-7.5 mg of ibuprofen per kg of body weight as a single dose, or 20-30 mg/kg daily. For adults and adolescents over 12 years: 10-20 ml (200-400 mg) as a single dose, or 3-4 times a day. For menstrual pain, take 20 ml (400 mg) 1-3 times a day as needed.

Method

Shake the bottle well before use. Use the provided syringe to measure the correct dose. Insert the syringe into the adapter, turn the bottle upside down, draw the liquid into the syringe, remove any air bubbles, and then push the plunger to the recommended mark. Place the bottle upright and remove the syringe.

Important

The maximum daily dose for adults and adolescents over 12 years is 60 ml (1200 mg). For children, the maximum daily dose is 20-30 mg per kg of body weight.

  • Changes in blood composition (low white blood cells, low platelets)
  • Heart failure, high blood pressure
  • Pancreatitis, black stools, vomiting blood
  • Meningitis (aseptic)
  • Dizziness, optic nerve inflammation
  • Severe allergic reactions (with fever, rash, swelling, and low blood pressure)
  • Liver and kidney effects
  • Severe skin reactions (like Stevens-Johnson syndrome, skin peeling, redness, sensitivity to light, hair loss, DRESS syndrome, widespread rash with fever)
  • Depression, confusion
  • Blurred vision, ringing in the ears

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to ibuprofen or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Stop taking the medicine and see a doctor right away if you develop severe skin reactions like red spots, blisters, skin peeling, or a widespread rash with fever.
  • Do not use this medicine if you have a stomach ulcer, bleeding in the stomach or intestines, severe liver, kidney, or heart problems, or if you are in the last 3 months of pregnancy.
  • Talk to your doctor if symptoms do not improve or worsen after 3 days (for fever) or 5 days (for pain).
  • Do not take other pain relievers or anti-inflammatory drugs at the same time without consulting your doctor.

  • This medicine is not recommended for women trying to get pregnant, as it can temporarily make it harder to conceive.
  • Be careful when driving or operating machines, as this medicine can cause vision problems.
  • Older people should be aware of an increased risk of side effects, especially stomach bleeding and perforation, which can be life-threatening.
  • Do not use this medicine if you have chickenpox.

Use in Elderly Patients

Category C

Suitable for older adults, with specific precautions. For short-term use only. Consider adverse renal effect in chronic kidney disease. Do not use in severe renal impairment. Increases swelling, worsens renal and heart failure and causes cardiovascular events. Increases risk of bleeding, especially in the gastrointestinal tract.
