How to Use

Dosage

Apply to the affected skin area 1-3 times daily (cream) or massage a small amount (1-3 ml) into the scalp twice daily (solution).

Method

Apply cream to the affected skin area; massage solution into the scalp.

Important

For continuous daily use on thin skin areas or diaper rash, use for a maximum of two weeks. No time limit for occasional use.

Possible Side Effects

RARE
  • Skin thinning and fragility, especially with long-term use on sensitive areas (e.g., around the eyes, face, armpits, skin folds).
  • Stretch marks, dilated surface blood vessels, and bruising.
  • Weakening of adrenal gland function.
  • Increased hair growth, rash around the mouth (perioral dermatitis), and loss of skin color.
  • Cataract and glaucoma (increased pressure in the eye).
  • Allergic reactions and allergic skin rash (contact dermatitis).
  • Blurred vision.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to hydrocortisone or any other ingredients.
  • Avoid using on open wounds, leg ulcers, or bedsores.
  • Do not use if you have skin infections caused by bacteria, viruses, or fungi (e.g., impetigo, chickenpox, warts, or fungal infections).
  • Be careful if your skin thins or gets irritated in the treated area. Contact a doctor if this happens.
  • Rosacea (redness on face) and perioral dermatitis (rash around the mouth) may worsen with use.

  • Do not use in the eyes. If it accidentally gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water.
  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use.
  • Avoid long-term or extensive use on sensitive skin areas, especially in children and the elderly, as this can lead to side effects.
